Session Cancelation
If you need to cancel your session you must cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Note* You can reschedule your session with us at any time by clicking "reschedule session" within your session confirmation email and choosing a new date and time.

Returning Clients Over 90 days
For returning clients who have not been seen and treated by us in 90 days or more - We ask that when scheduling a session, you schedule an Initial Alston Method Movement Screen so we can properly assess the best treatment plan for you going forward. This helps us get up to speed with any physical, emotional, or circumstantial changes that have occurred so we can provide the best care possible to you.
